The Club Visitor Scheme is a PCAV initiative whereby each club is assigned a DCI or ZA to assist them if the need arises. The Club Visitor should be contacted in the first instance if a club requires independent advice on matters of procedure, protocol, conduct of rallies, conflict resolution etc. A Club Visitor can also conduct a formal (but friendly) visit to a rally. They could also be invited to the club AGM to take the chair for the election of Office Bearers. The Club Visitor is a direct link to the Zone Representative and the Zone Executive.
